Naar Saudi is a trade name of SHYN Advies, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42137090, located at Goudvisplein 32, 2492 MK Den Haag (The Hague), the Netherlands. What data we process and why
Visiting the website
Our website is hosted by Netlify. On every visit, Netlify processes technical data needed to serve and secure the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request (server logs). Netlify also measures, without cookies, how fast pages load (Real User Monitoring). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, fast website. Netlify, Inc. is based in the United States; transfers rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
The fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to Google or other parties to display the site.
Contact by email
When you email us, we use your name, email address and the content of your message to answer your question and, if you wish, to prepare a call. Legal basis: taking steps towards or performing a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering questions.
Booking a call
For appointments we refer you to Calendly, where you book a call yourself. Calendly is responsible for that and has its own privacy policy. We receive the details you enter there (such as name and email address) to hold the call.
Language preference
When you switch between Dutch and English, your browser remembers that choice locally (localStorage). This is not a cookie, is never sent to us and is only used to show the site in your language.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. That is why we show no cookie banner.
How long we keep data
- Server logs: as briefly as Netlify technically needs, usually a few weeks.
- Email correspondence: up to two years after the last contact, unless you become a client.
- Client data: as long as needed for the engagement and then seven years where Dutch tax law requires it.
Sharing with others
We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers we need (such as hosting and email), only as far as necessary, or when the law requires us to.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict your data, the right to object and the right to data portability. Send your request to info@naarsaudi.nl; we respond within one month. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Security
The website is only available over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.

We may update this statement when our services or the law change. The date of the last change is shown at the top.
